Why Kuula exists
Most of Uganda's businesses are small: a stall, a shop, a workshop, a salon. They often need a little capital at the right moment to restock or take on an order, and too often the only options are expensive, unclear or hard to reach.
Kuula offers a business loan you can apply for on your phone, at a price written down before you accept, with the money paid to the Mobile Money account you already use.
